Packing and processing orders may take up to two weeks before shipment. Once shipped, domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 4–7 business days. Once an order has been packaged and dropped off with United States Postal Service (USPS), Pixzel Presents is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, we encourage you to file a claim directly with USPS and/or your local mail carrier for further assistance.

Preorder items may require additional processing and delivery time. Please review the product description and the “Preorder” page for specific details regarding estimated timelines. We kindly ask that you do not place a preorder if you are unable to accommodate the extended wait time. If your order includes both in stock and preorder items, all items will be shipped together once the preorder period has concluded.

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags still attached.
